Nutritional therapist Henrietta Bailey says that crisps and chocolate can only give you energy for short period of time until your blood sugar crash down. Opting for unsalted nuts during your afternoon slump will keep you full and provide your body the necessary vitamins and minerals.

    ·         You’re eating out with your friends or officemates? Yes, you can’t change the amount of salt in your meal but there’s a fix to it. Nutrition consultant Lynn Clay suggests looking for a menu that uses white meat or fish and choose a tomato-based sauce rather than a cream-based.
